Chalo is a ride-hailing platform built for Pakistan. Unlike other apps that take 25-30% of every fare, Chalo charges drivers a flat monthly subscription — so drivers keep 100% of what they earn, and riders get a better, more reliable experience.

We're launching in Lahore first, with plans to expand to Islamabad, Karachi, and other major cities in Pakistan.

Yes! Chalo will be available on both the App Store and Google Play Store at launch.

Open the Chalo app, enter your destination, choose your vehicle type (bike, rickshaw, or car), confirm the fare, and a nearby driver will be matched to you.

Fares are calculated based on distance, duration, and vehicle type. You'll see the full fare estimate before you book — what you see is what you pay. No hidden fees.

You can pay with cash, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. More payment methods will be added over time.

Safety is built into everything we do. All drivers go through CNIC verification and background checks. Every ride has live GPS tracking, an SOS button, trip sharing with contacts, and masked phone numbers. Learn more on our Safety page.

Instead of taking a percentage of every fare, Chalo charges a flat monthly subscription based on your vehicle type — starting from Rs 3,000/month for bikes, Rs 5,000 for rickshaws, Rs 10,000 for economy cars, and Rs 15,000 for comfortable cars. After that, every rupee from every ride goes directly to you. There's also a Pay-As-You-Go option where 15% is deducted per ride until your monthly subscription cost is covered, then it drops to 0% for the rest of the month.

You'll need a valid CNIC, driving license, a roadworthy vehicle with registration, and to pass our verification process. Sign up takes about 10 minutes.

For cash rides, you keep the cash immediately. For digital payments, earnings are transferred to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account within 24-48 hours.

Absolutely. The Pay-As-You-Go plan is designed specifically for part-time drivers — no upfront cost, drive whenever you want.

We accept bikes, rickshaws, and cars for ride services, plus bikes, loader rickshaws, and pickup trucks for delivery services.

Download the app, enter your phone number, verify with the OTP code, and you're in. It takes less than a minute.

You can delete your account from Account Settings in the app. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
